- 1994Domino's Pizza opened its first branch at Sukhumvit 22, Holiday Inn hotel, by introducing Montréal-style pizza under the management of Montréal Group.
- 2012Returning to the Thai market under the management of Domino's (Thailand) Company Limited, a subsidiary of Food Capital Company Limited (Public Company)
- 2020The company Wow Factory Limited (Public Company) has acquired the business, transferring it to Domino Asia Pacific Company Limited.
- 2022Change of ownership once again, with Ethical Gourmet Company Limited partnering with the investment of Accor Corporation Company Limited (Public Company) to become the owner of Domino's Pizza business in Thailand.
